What is TraitTrackTM?
Clearer vision. Better Choices. Real transformation.
TraitTrack is a new kind of app.
By using TraitTrack you will change, for the better, how you understand yourself and others, how you deal with situations, and how you shape your habits. Traits are particular characteristics that can produce particular types of behavior.
Coming Early 2026 for iOS and Android.
By following TraitTrack’s patent pending process,
You’ll identify a set of traits, specific to you, that are currently driving behavioral patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals; you’ll track those traits on a daily, or almost daily basis; and you’ll review reports showing your progress.
As you start tracking your traits,
you’ll be associating specific actions and events with those traits.
Then, within a few weeks you’ll start to experience Self-interruptionTM, which is the experience of recalling a trait you have been tracking when you are about to perform some action you have associated with that trait. At that important moment, you will have an opportunity to change the behavior you are about to perform. As you keep on tracking, you’ll see that those traits pervasively impact your behaviors, your ability to shape your habits, and your ability to reach your goals. Once you have a fuller awareness of how extensively those traits prevent you from reaching your goals, allowing yourself to be driven by those traits simply becomes so annoying and such a source of dissatisfaction that changing negative behaviors becomes not only easier, but preferable.
And once Self-interruption kicks-in…
it will become habitual, like a reflex!
Instead of looking at specific behaviors you want to change, you’ll get better and better at recognizing the traits driving your behaviors, and you’ll be much more deliberate in how you act, which will have a far greater impact on how you live than just changing just one habit or behavior.
The primary aim of using TraitTrack is to become so self-aware that you have lots of opportunities to reassess and change your motives, patterns of thinking, and behaviors. Along the way, you’ll discover how to be a more impartial observer of yourself, how your habits are reinforced by your traits, and how your traits reinforce one another.
Why We Stay Stuck:
The Hidden Traits Behind Our Behaviors
Some of us go out of our way to avoid recognizing the negative traits driving our behaviors. And the rest of us do not have a tool to help with identifying those traits and associating them with actual events. In either case, our intention to change a behavior often remains only an intention, because that behavior is reinforced by a trait (which we do not want to recognize or do not fully grasp), and that trait is further reinforced by other traits (which we also do not want to recognize or do not fully grasp). So, we get stuck.
Regardless of who any of us are, what we have, or who we are with, the main thing that sets us back from reaching our goals is ourselves.
TraitTrack can help.
